My eye pillows are great for easing headaches, lowering stress, and for grabbing a quick power nap. They can be kept cold in a zip top bag the freezer for reducing eye puffiness or heated in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds for soothing heat.

Personally I find aromatherapy eye pillows so relieving. It promotes deep breathing with aromatic botanicals, it allows the eyes and many eye muscles to relax with light pressure and total darkness setting off a chain of relaxation throughout the mind and body. I find it similar to meditation in that I bring my focus first to my breath and then on the body as slowly, with each breath a little more tension is released until… I feel so good I usually fall blissfully asleep 😴
